The MyZUYA.com web page content and all its versions (hereinafter referred to as "MyZUYA.com") are owned by the ZUJA d.o.o., Meja 8, 4211 Mavčiče, Slovenia (hereinafter referred to as "ZUJA d.o.o."). By using the MyZUYA.com website, the users accept the published General Terms and Conditions. The mutual purchase obligations of the ZUJA d.o.o. and its users are governed by the General Terms and Conditions defining the purchases made at the MyZUYA.com online store.
The General Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the applicable Slovenian legislation.
ZUJA d.o.o. reserves the right to change any General Terms and Conditions of the MyZUYA.com website at any time and without prior notice. Any changes to the General Terms and Conditions are binding on the users hereto.
1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The General Terms and Conditions are applicable at the time of purchase and shall not be changed by the vendor in the meantime, however, if the General Terms and Conditions should be changed, the purchase made by the buyer under the General Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase shall apply.
ZUJA d.o.o. (full company information) reserves the right to change its web content, General Terms and Conditions without prior notice, but the changes shall not be done at the time of purchase. ZUJA d.o.o. aims to present the most accurate and timely information, but there may be minor discrepancy in product descriptions, delivery dates, prices, colours in images, structures or material textures of the items. The vendor assumes the responsibility only up to the amount of the purchase price.

Any other use, such as copying, publication and distribution of the web page content or its individual parts thereof without the permission of ZUJA d.o.o. is prohibited.
3. REGISTRATION OF USERS
You can log in as a registered user at the MyZUYA.com online store. The content of the online store is also available to the anonymous unregistered users (guests). The registered users provide the required information during the registration process. Each registered user shall receive his own username and password that shall remain confidential. The user is obliged to ensure that his username and password shall be used in its sole discretion or by any person authorized by him. Each user is solely responsible for the content that the user posts on the MyZUYA.com website.
The final customer of the MyZUYA.com online store can be solely a registered user who shall buy the goods for personal or non-commercial purposes. The buyer on the MyZUYA.com website may only be solely a natural person or a contractor.
4. PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
The information submitted by the user through the forms published on the MyZUYA.com website or otherwise (via email, phone, etc.) is confidential and shall be treated in accordance with the applicable Slovenian legislation. The personal information shall be protected by ZUJA d.o.o. and any misuse shall be prevented. The personal information shall be used only for the purposes for which the user has given his consent.
The user is also held liable for the protection of his personal information so as to ensure the security of his username and password.
ZUJA d.o.o. is using the SSL technology for the transfer of all personal user information that ensures the encoding of all information sent through the orders. The information on the credit card that you enter in the event of such payment method is transferred in encoded form from your computer directly to the authorization server of the bank.
5. ORDER OR PURCHASE PROCEEDING
On the MyZUYA.com website it is possible to purchase the products presented in the MyZUYA.com online store. These products may also be passed from a buyer from the European Union to a third party within the European Union. The buyers from Slovenia may also purchase ZUYA gift vouchers.
The users from the EU Member States may purchase the products in the online store MyZUYA.com as well.
The order made at the MyZUYA.com online store is considered to be delivered when the user receives an automatic email notification. This electronic notification is not a confirmation that the product is in stock or that the shipment of goods has taken place. The order shall be confirmed no later than in 2 business days following the submission of the order with a new e-order confirmation notification.
In the event that the product ordered is not in stock or that the order cannot be executed for any other reasons, the user shall be notified by e-mail.
The confirmed orders at the MyZUYA.com online store shall be considered as irrevocable by the ZUJA d.o.o. In the event of an error, the buyer may cancel the order without any additional charges whilst waiting the electronic notification confirming his order.
A change to the order can be made by the buyer himself in his account or we can do it in his behalf by sending us an e-mail regarding the change to the e-mail address: email@example.com
ZUJA d.o.o. may refuse any order in case of a suspicion that the MyZUYA.com webpage has been violated. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that he was acquainted with the content of the General Terms and Conditions and that he was specifically informed of it.
The purchase contract is stored at the ZUJA d.o.o., and the buyer can access it any time through his account at the online store.
The buyer from a country that is a member of the European Union may offer his purchased items to a third person as a gift. A person who shall receive a gift from the buyer must have a delivery address in the member state of the European Union. In this case, the CashService is not an option. ZUJA d.o.o. shall ensure that the gift shall be delivered to the beneficiary, and an invoice shall be sent to the buyer.
6. WITHDRAWAL FROM YOUR ORDER, RETURNING THE GOODS AND COMPLAINTS
Withdrawal from your order and / or returning the goods
The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days after receiving an item and by enclosing the original invoice. If you would like to return an item, please inform us in writing within 14 days by sending an e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org. The buyer must return the items unused, undamaged and quantitatively unchanged in the original packaging and with an enclosed copy of the original invoice within 14 days to the address:

The buyer may also return the items bought at one ofthe points of sale of the ZUJA d.o.o.
The buyer shall also provide to the company his bank account for reimbursement of a payment or refunding the purchase price. The company shall reimburse the payment or refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after the receipt of goods and a written notice of withdrawal from the contract are received.
The costs of returning the goods shall be covered by the buyer.
The products made to measure, with printing, embroidery or any other repairs made according to the wishes of the buyer cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN OF THE GOODS DUE TO A CLERICAL DEFECT
The buyer can make a complaint regarding the clerical defect on the items within two years of item purchase. If a clerical defect is shown on the items within two years, the buyer may make a complaint regarding the defective items within two months.
The vendor shall confirm the receipt of a complaint within five working days upon the buyer’s written notice and shall inform him on the relevant complaint procedure.
All prices are in euros (EUR) and depend on a country. For the buyers coming from the European Union member countries the prices include the value added tax (VAT). And for the buyers coming from non-European Union countries the value added tax (VAT) is not charged, but these buyers must cover all the costs related to customs clearance of goods, including all import duties, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the country of import on which they have been explicitly informed at the time of purchase.
At the time of the purchase shall apply prices, discounts, General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of submitting the order. Prices shall remain valid until publication of new prices at the MyZUYA.com online store. The period of validity of special offers at the MyZUYA.com online store is published at the MyZUYA.com online store.
The listed prices shall apply only to the purchases made at the Zuja online store and may differ from prices at other points of sale.
The shipping is carried out using GLS, DHL or Post of Slovenia and its correspondent partners in individual countries.
A flat rate is charged for the shipping based on the place of delivery (country) and shall be displayed before concluding the order process. For the buyers coming from the European Union member countries the shipping price is subject to VAT. For the buyers coming from non-European Union countries VAT is not charged. Having submitted the order, the buyer is obliged to pay the order.
The shipping costs incurred to the buyers are calculated before concluding the order process.
9. PAYMENT OPTIONS
PAYMENT METHODS AT THE MYZUYA online store
The following payment methods shall apply to the customers in Slovenia:
a) Cash on delivery, the purchase price shall be paid by the buyer to the postal worker upon receipt of goods.
b)Credit card payments– Visa, Mastercard, Maestro payments
c) Payment using PayPal account
d) Payment to company’s bank account
Two payment methods shall apply to the customers from other countries:
a) Visa and Mastercard payments
b) Payment using PayPal account
Until the payment of the full purchase price the selected items remain the property of ZUJA d.o.o.
10. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
It is in the interest of ZUJA d.o.o. that any dispute between the company and the buyer shall be settled by extra-judicial settlement of disputes. If the dispute would occur, please contact us. In the event that the buyer and the company have not been able to settle their dispute, the dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of competent court in Kranj, Republic of Slovenia.
